Amanda Fraize is a distinguished Clinic Operations Administrator with over two decades of dedicated service in healthcare and education, including extensive experience in the federal government. She has made significant contributions as a subject matter expert in national projects affecting administrative and clinical operation teams. Amanda has expertly led national calls, written and educated staff on policies and procedures, and served as the central point of contact for an enterprise with over 50,000 staff. In her role as Regional Director of Employment Services, she managed graduate employment and professional development across 12 campus locations, while her innovative curriculum development work has been published by Pearson Publishing. Amanda's excellence in education is further highlighted by being awarded Instructor of the Year for multiple consecutive years within an organization consisting of over 150 schools in the U.S. and Canada. Her innovative work in curriculum development and training program implementation at the Veterans Health Administration has augmented operational efficiency and resource accessibility nationwide. Complementing her professional achievements, Amanda's military service as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy, honored with awards such as Navy Achievement Medals, a Humanitarian Service Medal, and an Overseas Service Medal, underscores her unwavering commitment to excellence.
