REFUND POLICY

Because we offer digital programs, learning tools, and downloadable materials, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be granted only if:

• You were charged twice

• There was a technical billing error

• You request a refund within 7 days and have not accessed the majority of the course content

​

Program tickets and coaching sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled by ImagineKai.

DONATION POLICY

All donations made to ImagineKai LLC support:

• AI workshops in underserved communities

• Laptop lending programs

• Scholarships

• Community outreach

• Instructor training

Receipts are emailed automatically.

SCHOLARSHIP POLICY

ImagineKai offers scholarships to ensure equal access to AI education.

1. Eligibility

Scholarships are open to:

• Students 13+

• Parents and caregivers

• First-generation learners

• Underserved communities

• Small business owners

• Educators

• Anyone with financial limitations

No experience required.

2. Application Process

Applicants must:

• Complete the scholarship form

3. Review Process

• Applications are reviewed by a scholarship committee.

• Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

• Applicants may be added to a waitlist.

Scholarships cannot be exchanged for cash.

LAPTOP LOAN AGREEMENT

Some scholarship recipients may receive a temporary loan laptop.

1. Terms

• Laptops remain property of ImagineKai LLC.

• You must return the laptop by the agreed date.

• You are responsible for reasonable care.

• Lost or damaged laptops may incur replacement fees.

2. Use Requirements

You agree NOT to:

• Install harmful software

• Resell or give away the laptop

• Use the device for illegal activity

3. Return Policy

Devices must be returned:

• In working condition

• With all chargers and accessories

• By the return date provided

Failure to return may result in replacement billing.

VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

By volunteering with ImagineKai, you agree to the following terms:

Volunteers must:

2. Background Checks

Volunteers participate at their own risk.
ImagineKai is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damages that occur during volunteer activities.

4. No Compensation

Volunteer work is unpaid.
Volunteers cannot claim wages or benefits for volunteer hours.

5. Dismissal

We may release volunteers for:

• Misconduct

• Safety violations

• Unreliable attendance

• Disrespectful behavior

MEDIA CONSENT POLICY

Volunteers, students, and program participants may be photographed or filmed during events.

By participating, you grant ImagineKai permission to use images or video for:

• Educational materials

• Social media

• Grant applications

• Program reporting
