REFUND POLICY
Because we offer digital programs, learning tools, and downloadable materials, all sales are generally final.

Program tickets and coaching sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled by ImagineKai.

Receipts are emailed automatically.
SCHOLARSHIP POLICY
ImagineKai offers scholarships to ensure equal access to AI education.

Anyone with financial limitations
No experience required.

LAPTOP LOAN AGREEMENT
Some scholarship recipients may receive a temporary loan laptop.

Laptops remain property of ImagineKai LLC.

You must return the laptop by the agreed date.

You are responsible for reasonable care.

Lost or damaged laptops may incur replacement fees.

2. Use Requirements

VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

ImagineKai is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damages that occur during volunteer activities.

4. No Compensation
Volunteer work is unpaid.
Volunteers cannot claim wages or benefits for volunteer hours.

5. Dismissal
We may release volunteers for:

MEDIA CONSENT POLICY
Volunteers, students, and program participants may be photographed or filmed during events.
